About Valuation Mediation
Valuation Mediation effectively resolves business valuation disputes through a neutral financial mediator or exit planning facilitator. Our experts have knowledge in business valuation, accounting, CFO services, exit planning, mergers & acquisitions and complex financial analysis. We provide a calculation of value for your business, based on the income and market approaches and correlated to a reasonable range of value. We provide our analysis via online presentation, recorded for you to review again later, and a follow-up meeting with your advisors to explain the valuation calculation to your team.
Our valuation mediation process encourages constructive dialogue and collaboration, aiming for agreements that satisfy all parties. This process minimizes time and costs compared to traditional litigation, arbitration, mediation and even collaborative practices, allowing concerns to be addressed in a controlled environment for more amicable outcomes.
We strive to complete the full Sedlment™ process for a divorce in less than 6 months and under $20,000, if you work together and move through our process. The waitlist is currently 2-4 months long, but you can secure your spot with an initial 90-minute meeting. If you seek to expedite the process, additional costs will apply.

Mediators do not make decisions for a couple. Rather the couple is in charge of making their own decisions about what the future, their children’s future and finances will be. Some of the issues that mediation addresses are plans for parenting children, division of property and future financial provisions. Mediation can be done both pre and post divorce.
